Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid AI Agent Readiness Audit services and related digital report services sold by IBBS.AI.

Summary

Because our audit services involve manual review work and custom written deliverables, refunds depend on the stage of work.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we begin reviewing your materials, you may request a full refund.

After work starts

If work has started but the final report has not been delivered, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work already completed.

After delivery

After the written report or agreed deliverable has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable because the service has been performed and the digital deliverable has been provided.

Missed or incomplete materials

If you do not provide the materials required to complete the audit, we may pause the project. If the project cannot proceed because required materials are not provided, refund eligibility will depend on work already completed.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

Duplicate payments or clear payment errors may be refunded after review.

How to request a refund

Email support@ibbs.ai with your order details, payment email, and reason for the request. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

Payment provider rules

If payment is processed through Paddle or another provider, refunds may also be subject to that provider’s process, timing, and requirements.
