These Terms of Service govern your use of IBBS.AI and any paid AI Agent Readiness Audit services purchased from IBBS.AI.
1. Services
IBBS.AI provides technical content and productized AI evaluation services, including AI agent readiness audits, prompt injection reviews, RAG quality reviews, guardrail reviews, and related written reports.
Our audit services are technical reviews intended to help engineering and product teams identify practical risks and improvement opportunities. They are not legal advice, financial advice, compliance certification, formal penetration testing, or a guarantee that a system is secure, compliant, or error-free.
2. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, safe test access, scope boundaries, and any relevant system documentation. You must not provide materials that you are not authorized to share.
You are responsible for ensuring that any test environment, demo access, logs, traces, documents, or code samples you provide can be reviewed under your own internal policies and applicable law.
3. Scope of work
Each paid audit is limited to the scope described on the pricing page, order page, invoice, or written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
4. Deliverables
Deliverables may include written reports, findings, test cases, recommendations, and follow-up notes. Delivery timelines begin after payment is confirmed and all required customer materials are received.
5. Payment
Paid services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another payment provider. Prices may change over time, but changes do not affect already accepted orders.
6. Confidentiality
We will use customer-provided non-public materials only to perform the requested service. We will not intentionally publish your private materials, credentials, logs, or proprietary information.
You should avoid sending production secrets, unnecessary personal data, or highly sensitive regulated data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use IBBS.AI services for illegal activity, abuse, unauthorized system access, malware development, phishing, fraud, gambling operations, or activities that violate applicable law or payment provider rules.
8. No warranty
IBBS.AI services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will eliminate all risk, that any AI system will be secure or compliant, or that any business outcome will be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBBS.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
