How the estimate is calculated
The IBBS Readiness Score starts at 100 and subtracts fixed weights for missing controls. Higher-impact items, such as write-capable tools without authorization, missing prompt-injection tests, missing regression tests, and missing rollback controls, reduce the estimate more than lower-impact items. The report lists category scores, launch blockers, risk indicators, and recommended next steps.
